We confirm the practical details: floor space, a standard power point, and access for restocking. Pod One fits wherever a vending machine already would.
Installation
We deliver, position, and commission the machine, then run a test pour on every formula canister before handing it over. Your staff get a short walkthrough of the basics.
Stocking and servicing
Restocking, cleaning cycles, and maintenance visits are ours. If a canister runs low or a machine needs attention, we handle it — there's no inventory for your team to track.

What does it cost us?

What does the machine need?
A level floor space, a standard power outlet, and clear access for restocking visits. No plumbing work is required — the reservoir is filled and serviced by our team.
Who handles cleaning?
Automated rinse cycles run between serves, and our team deep-cleans the mixing path on every service visit. Gym staff never need to open or clean the machine.
What if it runs empty?
Restocking is scheduled around your actual usage rather than a fixed calendar, so busy sites get visited more often. If a formula canister runs low between visits, the machine flags it and we come out.
How long does setup take?
Once the site check is done, installation itself is a single visit. The machine is delivered, positioned, commissioned, and test-poured on every canister before it starts serving members.
Can members pay using UPI or QR code?
Yes. Protein Pod supports fast, secure digital payments via QR code scans and UPI.
